VRV

VRV is an over-the-top streaming service launched in November 2016 by the same team that built Crunchyroll. The service bundles together anime, speculative fiction and gaming related channels and the service targets these large fandoms. Some of VRV's content can be streamed for free, while other content requires a subscription.

I was the lead product designer on the mobile team (iOS and Android), which spearheaded the prototyping and design of this brand new platform. I helped to grow and build the product design team, including vetting and hiring the director of design. In 2 years we successfully launched VRV on mobile, living room, and web to millions of fans.
